Precautions for Shutdown

1. Before stopping the machine tool, observe whether there is oil leakage, air leakage, water leakage, etc. during use. If there is any, it needs to be replaced in time and protected.

2. Check whether there are any abnormal conditions during use, such as abnormal power outage, abnormal noise when each axis is running, etc. The main purpose is "protection first, maintenance and overhaul in parallel".

 

Precautions Before Shutting Down

1. Cleaning work

Clean the iron filings inside the machine tool and remove the workpiece fixture; clean the chip conveyor outside the machine tool and the iron filings around the machine tool.

Clean the spindle taper hole, cutter head and taper shank, tool magazine arm, and tool cup; wipe the external sheet metal of the machine tool; wipe the oil cooler filter, electric control box, system cooling fan port, and water pump on the system panel (industrial alcohol) Cleaning of cooling holes, etc.

 

2. Protective treatment

A. Inspection: Observe whether the lubricating oil of the cutting cylinder is sufficient, whether the cutting fluid needs to be replaced, whether the oil in the oiler needs to be replaced, and clean the oiler cavity. 

B. Anti-rust: a. Clean and wipe the surface of the workbench and apply anti-rust oil; b. Spindle taper hole: Make sure to wipe it clean with a clean cloth (you can use a paper towel to wipe it), then wipe the surface of the taper hole with lubricating oil, and put the tool, clean the tool handle with gasoline and then install it in the tapered hole; c. The machine tool runs dry and runs slowly to lubricate the screw linear rail. 

C. Inject oil; inject the appropriate amount of oil into the cutting cylinder, oil injector, tool magazine oil filling point, oil cooler, etc.

D. Cover the top of the water pump with a paper shell to prevent debris from entering.

 

3. Turn off the power

move the X and Y axes to the middle, and move the Z axis to the lowest point. Turn off the main power switch of the machine tool and the incoming line switch of the voltage regulator. Cut off the air supply.

 

4. Protection against moisture, dust, etc.

Ensure that the machine tool workshop is placed in a dry and dust-free environment during shutdown, close the electric control box for protection, and place desiccant in the machine tool electric control box if possible. The machine tool can be covered with a protective cover to avoid direct sunlight and prevent The electrical component circuit board from being damaged.

5. The machine tool must be rodent-proof to prevent mice from biting off the wires. Moth balls can be placed in and around the electrical control box.

 

Precautions When Starting Up

1. Inspection before starting

Check whether the peripheral environment of the machine tool is in good condition, whether there is water and air supply in the electric control box, confirm whether the stable voltage and air pressure circuits are damaged by rats and need to be replaced: whether the oil and cutting fluid have deteriorated and need to be replaced. , whether the cutting fluid has deteriorated and needs to be replaced; whether the amount of oil in the cutting cylinder, oil injector, oil cooler, tool magazine, four-axis, hydraulic station, etc. is sufficient; disassemble the protective cover of each axis and check whether the screw rod and linear rail are black and dry, requires manual lubrication.

 

2. Turn on the machine

After confirming that there is no problem with the circuit, turn on the external main switch first. You can use a multimeter to check whether the voltage is out of phase or too low to avoid excessive fluctuations in the power supply voltage. Turn on the machine tool power supply if there are no abnormalities, and observe if Are there any abnormal phenomena. Connect the air source and check whether there is air leakage and whether the air pressure is normal.
